The hotel staff provide Very good service. We check out 4 rooms , one of the room we checked out and forgotten a gold necklace that left in the room. Hotel staff are honest and keeping it for us. We would like to give a big thank you to the hotel and staff. Definitely will return again and check in this hotel. Thank you

The hotel is located in the town area, yo can easily walk around. The staff were friendly. The room's condition was not good - uneven flooring, stains everywhere and many ants found in the tea/coffee bowl.

Terrible experience, Hotel room was old, it’s time to renovate. The hotel having electricity supply problem when crowded, the hotel no electricity and cannot use the lift. When ask the customer service also no update from them. Hotel do not have backup electricity, when back out, the building becomes very dark and dangerous to walk around. Water pipes also got issue, the first floor room was flood when first night check in.

The location is very convenient.Food Court, 7-11, Thai Massage, around at The Bed Hotel. Walk 5-6 minutes can be reached Kim Yong Market.

Great location , 7-11 are all around, easy shopping , tons of attractions at walking distance , huge space , cold air-conditioning , reasonable and affordable price

Not recommended!!!! Staff not friendly and room bed is very bad condition!!! the bathroom more worst !!!!! We ask to change room they change another room for us but more worst then first room!!!! We decided to change hotel after this !!!!

I book 3 type of rooms. Given at different levels. Good for family who looking for 4-5 person in a spacious room. Only one lift in the hotel. Just have to be patience when come to peak hours. Highly recommended for big family and not for couple. The downside is building Workmanship is very bad. The floor is not flat. Water leaking on the floor and smelly in 3rd floor room. Sounds proof very bad. You can hear clearly when whole family talking or shouting to each other from room to room.

this hotel is very unsatisfactory..the condition of the room is not good for rent..the toilet is dirty, the room smells and there are cockroaches in the room.
